So many clients have had their lives changed by the staff and facilitators at Sheena's Place, as well as through their work with other clients. This is a space where clients can express their gratitude!
I am so
grateful to have found Sheena’s place while on my journey to recover from my
Eating Disorder. I have been struggling with it for many years, and have
finally made a turn for the better. With the help of the skills groups offered
I have found many positive coping strategies to help me stay on track with my
recovery. I’m proud to say that with the support of the members in my groups,
the facilitator’s wisdom and encouragement, and the sense of hope that Sheena’s
Place emits; I have managed minimize my symptoms and stay on an upward track to
my healthier and happier self. Thank you Sheena’s Place, for helping me see
that a recovered me is the me that I WANT to be, and not just the “healthier”
